Go to our FedEx Return Center to create your return label. This label doesn’t require any out-of-pocket money and can be dropped at your closest FedEx location. Once the prepaid label is used, the purchase price minus a return fee of $7.95 will be credited to your original method of payment. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, please contact Terra Natural Designs and we will send a pre-paid shipping label at no cost for you to use to return your item for exchange or refund. Once the item is received by us, we will contact you to discuss replacements as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may contact us at cservice@terranaturaldesigns.com with any issues with the items that are damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. If you prefer to pay your own return shipping via your preferred carrier, it can be shipped to the address below.
