If at any time within the 30 days after your purchase, and for any reason, you feel that your purchase has not lived up to your expectations, simply return your unwashed, unworn, undamaged item for an exchange or a refund.

Go to our FedEx Return Center to create your return label. This label doesn’t require any out-of-pocket money and can be dropped at your closest FedEx location.
Once the prepaid label is used, the purchase price minus a return fee of $7.95 will be credited to your original method of payment.
If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, please contact Terra Natural Designs and we will send a pre-paid shipping label at no cost for you to use to return your item for exchange or refund.
Once the item is received by us, we will contact you to discuss replacements as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
